LONILEAD SAS, trading as La Carafe, operates www.la-carafe.fr. Address: 48 rue Ferdinand-Buisson, 33130 Bègles, France; Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register 410 089 866. A cookie is stored in your browser; data sent to a server may be retained separately after that cookie expires.
Purposes and tools
| Tool or identifier | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Shopify | Shop operation, basket, checkout and the session or preferences needed for the service requested |
| Axeptio: axeptio_cookies, axeptio_all_vendors, axeptio_authorized_vendors | Presenting and recording cookie choices. The preference record observed on 29 October 2026 stated 190 days, not a universal 13-month period |
| Analyzify: azfy_cart_id, azfy_shop, azfy_market, azfy_b2b | Basket and shop context, market and associated technical information |
| Analyzify: azfy_utm_history, azfy_utm_history_atr | Acquisition and advertising attribution, including referring sources and campaign histories linked to a basket; these are not merely consent records |
| Google Analytics: _ga, _ga_5DKJFRMXT5 | Audience and interaction measurement |
| Google advertising: _gcl_au; Meta: _fbp | Advertising measurement and attribution |
| Klaviyo: __kla_id and form events | Associating browsing activity with a profile after identification, email-related marketing and measurement of form display |
| Judge.me | Customer-review display and associated service functions; a review widget is not automatically exempt from consent for every operation |
Shopify, Axeptio, Analyzify, Google, Meta, Klaviyo and Judge.me provide the relevant services. A single tool can perform several operations; a necessary basket function does not make marketing attribution necessary. Optional audience or advertising tracking requires consent unless a specific legal exemption applies. Merely continuing to browse or accepting sales terms does not constitute that consent.
Your choices and observed behaviour
Axeptio presents the shop's cookie-choice panel. Use that panel to accept, refuse or customise optional purposes and to change or withdraw a choice. You can also write to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier consent-based processing and does not by itself delete data already held by a provider. Email subscription and cookie choices are separate.
Technical requests can occur without a positive cookie choice. The observations of 29 October 2026 recorded Google measurement requests with a refusal signal, Klaviyo form-display events before a choice, and Analyzify attribution sent with refusal signals. Existing Google and Meta identifiers were also retransmitted to the shop basket after withdrawal. This describes an observed transmission to the shop, not proof of subsequent forwarding of those identifiers to Google or Meta. Refusal must therefore not be understood as a promise that no request is sent, no identifier is retained or all existing cookies are erased.
You may block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser. Deleting a cookie does not necessarily delete server records, and deleting all site data can remove saved choices or disrupt the basket and checkout. You may need to express your choice again on another browser or device. Contact us if the choice panel is unavailable or if you wish to exercise data-protection rights.
Storage and retention
A session cookie normally lasts for the relevant browser session. A persistent cookie lasts until its set expiry or earlier deletion; browsers may shorten it and the site may change it. The browser's site-data controls show the expiry actually stored on your device. The 190-day preference record observed for Axeptio is not the lifetime of Google, Meta, Klaviyo or Analyzify data. Neither 13 months nor 25 months is presented as a general configured duration for this shop.
For server data, retention is determined by the measurement or attribution purpose, the relevant observation period, your choice and the need for strictly necessary evidence in an identified incident or dispute. Retaining a choice or evidence of consent is distinct from retaining browsing histories. A cookie's continued presence does not establish permission to read or reuse it. This policy does not promise automated deletion or universal anonymous measurement.
Recipients, international transfers and rights
The providers' international infrastructure can involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including the United States and Canada. The GDPR requires a relevant adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses and necessary supplementary measures. Our privacy policy explains the purposes, retention criteria, recipients and rights. Ask us for information or copies of safeguards relevant to your data.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability under the applicable conditions, withdraw consent and object to direct marketing or qualifying legitimate-interest processing. Write to contact@la-carafe.fr. The normal response period is one month, extendable by two months where legally justified with notice in the first month. You may complain to the CNIL or another competent supervisory authority.
