Consumer mediation

If a purchase dispute remains unresolved after a prior written complaint to us, you may refer it free of charge to ANM Consommation, 25 allée Rose Dieng Kuntz, 75019 Paris, France, by post or through www.anm-conso.com. Referral must be made within one year of the written complaint and meet the statutory admissibility conditions, including no previous or simultaneous examination of the same dispute by a court or another mediator and no manifestly unfounded or abusive complaint.

Mediation is voluntary and does not remove access to the courts. Your own representative or expert may involve costs. ANM's online procedure is in French; postal handling in English, German or Italian depends on the mediator's language skills. Spanish handling is not guaranteed. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025.

The sales, shipping and refund policies set out the conditions of purchase and statutory consumer rights. The privacy and cookie policies explain personal-data processing and choices.
