Delivery and returns
In France, DPD collection point delivery is free on orders of 60 € or more, and DPD home delivery is free on orders of 90 € or more. Chronopost delivery options remain chargeable.

Free delivery on orders of 60 € or 90 € and above applies only to the DPD options listed above. The final cost and delivery options available for your address are shown at checkout.
Delivery in Europe
Euro 1: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. DPD CLASSIC costs €14.90 per order, with no free-delivery threshold.
Euro 2: Austria, Spain, Italy and Portugal. DPD CLASSIC costs €16.90 per order, with no free-delivery threshold.

Delivery times and choosing a collection point
The estimated delivery time depends on the carrier and your address: check the estimate shown at the delivery step of checkout. Delivery within 48 hours is not guaranteed for all options, including the one labelled 'express'.
For DPD or Chronopost pickup-point delivery, go through the cart and choose your pickup point at the delivery step, before paying. DPD Predict is home delivery by appointment, and DPD CLASSIC France is workplace delivery.
Withdrawal, returns and refunds
15 days to request a return. For new orders, you pay return shipping when you change your mind. Statutory guarantees and commitments for earlier orders remain unchanged.
These new terms apply only to orders placed after they take effect on the website. Earlier orders retain the terms promised at purchase, including free returns with a prepaid label, the 15-day period and bank credit within seven days after receipt where those commitments were offered. These commitments cannot postpone a statutory refund deadline.
