Product details
This guitar-pick wall clock has burgundy and navy stripes across both frame and dial. The pattern continues to the centre around numbers 1 to 12. A gold-coloured ring outlines the dial. This model favours a continuous design, distinct from the striped version with a beige centre.
Stripes across the whole face
The two colours are the clock's main subject. Choose it to add a geometric design to a plain wall without a patterned poster beside it. Burgundy and navy can also connect with existing coloured seating or furniture; echoing just one of those shades is enough.
If placing the clock near other frames, start with images on simple backgrounds. Dial stripes remain in view when you look at the time. This is an aesthetic choice: the version suits someone wanting a pattern that is not limited to a border.
This model's dial
Black numbers from 1 to 12 are arranged on the striped background, with a red second hand. The beige-dial version uses a different composition and different time markers. To choose, look at both displays side by side instead of stopping at their shared colour names.
The guitar-pick format measures 27 × 22 × 4 cm. In a hallway, check available space after accounting for doors and furniture. Above a sideboard, leave a visual gap from objects on the top. Since the pattern already covers the whole face, fairly clear surroundings allow you to see the bands.
Construction and installation
The frame is thermoset resin; the dial cover is PVC and the hands aluminium. The model uses one LR6 AA 1,5 V battery, not included. Its rear eyelet allows wall hanging, with a fixing chosen to suit your wall. For dusting, the page specifies a soft cloth.
In an office, consider a side wall if the one facing the worktop already has posters. In a dining area, burgundy can echo a textile without repeating stripes on the table. These ideas leave room for the pattern and avoid needing many matching accessories.
Compare the burgundy and navy version with beige dial if you prefer to separate bands from centre. The vintage wall clocks collection also features floral patterns and plain colours for a different wall presence.
