A chess clock with adjustable bonus
Choose your thinking time, then the countdown passes from player to player when one of the two large top buttons is pressed. The DGT 1002 uses a single period. Its bonus option adds a fixed time before each move, giving players extra seconds as their main time runs down.
A small clock beside your chessboard
The brown case measures 155 × 60 × 42 mm. Its 115 × 17 mm display shows both countdowns. The controls sit on top, making it easy to move from playing a piece to pressing the clock. Weighing 105 g including the battery, it fits a compact playing setup.
The clock is not limited to chess. DGT also lists draughts and other two-player games. Agree on the time control and the consequences of running out before starting, so both players follow the same rules.
