This set brings together six Duralex Picardie 25 cl glasses, each in a different colour: navy, grey, plum, pink, amber and green. Mass-tinted and made in France, they add colour to an everyday table or a birthday buffet. Each person can spot their glass at a glance.
Six colours, one familiar glass
The shape is unchanged: Picardie, designed in 1954, with faceted sides and a flared rim that sits comfortably in the hand. Here it ranges from deep navy to soft pink, with smoky grey, rich plum, orange-toned amber and bright green in between. The set creates a deliberately mixed table setting without having to find separate pieces second-hand.
There is a practical side too: guests recognise their colour. That helps keep glasses from being swapped during a meal, especially at a large table or children's snack time.
Colour that lasts through washing
The colour is part of the glass itself, not a surface coating. It does not peel or fade in the dishwasher. Duralex tempered glass withstands thermal shocks of 130 °C under EN 1183, for cold and hot drinks.
